  • Dr. Simonson saved my dog's life! I brought my 13 year old Siberian husky for acupuncture treatment. She has arthritis in her back and then sustained a hip injury. My dog received her first treatment in mid May and initially went every two weeks. By September, we were going monthly, and now because she has progressed so well, we are now coming about every 6 weeks. Without Dr. Simonson's care, my husky might not still be alive. Her quality of live has improved so much and now she sometimes acts like a much younger dog. I initially came to Norterra for acupuncture and had planned to stay with my long time vet for their routine care. But because I have had such great experiences, Dr. Simonson is now our vet for everything. The staff is knowledgeable, and compassionate. The hours are great and they can always get you an appointment very quickly. The prices are reasonable and they never try to upsell you on anything. Finally, the groomer at Norterra is awesome as well. My dogs had a horrible experience with a big box store groomer. That is how my husky hurt her hip. Since coming to Norterra we have utilized their groomer to trim the dog's nails.
