  • Was going to this place on a semi regular basis but they got a new woman there that was extremely reckless. She kept grinding my nails down as she took off my SNS. She continued grinding after I told her that it was too hot. She also had an extremely shaky hand which also messed up my cuticles. I am still letting my nails grow out so I can get healthy nails back because mine are so thin right now. They also leave people waiting for a long time and do not have an effective system for making sure that they don't skip people if it is a busy day. It may be less hectic on a day with less people but I would find a new place to go in general.
