  • Brewer's did right by us and in a hurry. We knew our 26-year old A/C unit was on its last legs. I asked our neighbors who they've used and would recommend and Brewer's was one of several they mentioned. They were the lowest of three bids by a few hundred dollars and had the best warranty. We went out of town and sure enough, came home to 96 degrees upstairs. Brewer's went out of their way to get us in the next business day, which is huge in July in Phoenix. Now we have a Trane unit with a digital, programmable thermostat. We hated to spend the money, but love what we got in return. Brewer's was responsive, professional, and no pressure. I hope it's years before our other unit dies (replaced with a no-name unit by former owners) but we'll call Brewer's when it does. By the way, I researched the bidders on Reg. of Contractors, BBB, and online reviews. I registered on Yelp just to write this review (my first) because I feel like great customer service deserves the effort to say thanks and give credit where it's due. Good luck in your search!
