Want a suggestion avoid this place or pack a lunch because it's going to be a very long wait!
I've been here enough times that I try to avoid the place it as it always has me asking the same question, "Where is corporate & why are they not involved?" How can a McDonalds have a 10+ minute wait for food both in the drive thru and in the restaurant!
I finally realized the problem the last time I was there, I ordered breakfast and personally observed all the major confusion, the drive-thru staff is taking orders at both window 1 and window 2, in no time flat they ultimately overwhelm themselves and lose track of what they should be doing, by the time I paid at window 1 after waiting for the person to come back (he was gone for 2 minutes), I arrived at window 2 only to find that all of my drinks still had to be made by that same person!
They are so short staffed that they are expecting 2 or 3 people to run the entire restaurant, that doesn't work! The good news there are two or three other fast food establishments within only a few thousand feet, subway opens at 7 a.m. QuikTrip is always open and Jack in the Box is an excellent option as well.
And this is for McDonald's in general, how can you have so many sizes of LARGE, order a large iced coffee and it's huge, order a large vanilla shake and it's a medium soft drink cup! You can't expect a customer to experience large in one group to find out it's really medium in another. While we're at it and this is directed to corporate, enough with the McCafe' crap, yellow is not vanilla, it doesn't taste the way the McDonald's shakes tasted since the 70's, a new color seems to have been invented for this "vanilla" shake and overall it doesn't taste that good!
