I thought I better provide an update since my post on 6-10-14. My sales person Deanna Hannan has done nothing to help resolve this issue. I still have a hole in my speaker. Luxury Motorsports made a weak attempt at trying to doctor up the issue and my vehicle was in their shop for one day and this did not fix the problem to completion. Per Land Rover of Scottsdale's estimate you cannot replace the speaker cover, you have to replace the entire door panel. Of course Luxury Motorsports does not want to pay the money to replace this door panel. I was told on the date of purchase, 3-31-14, that the part was ordered and the speaker would be fixed to my satisfaction in one week, with no holes. Do not believe anything you are told!!! I should have said the deal is off and when you get this fixed give me a call. I unfortunately tend to believe that people are telling me the truth. One thing I did do correct, is to decline the extended warranty. What a scam!!! You can get a much better warranty from another dealer. Do your homework, it will save you a bunch of money!!! My complaint is on the bbb website. This will be ongoing until the bbb decides the issue is unresolved and then the entire complaint will be available for consumers to view.
