We went there for lunch on a Friday and then again for brunch on a Saturday. The buffet was good, but far from impressive and lacks a wow factor to stand out from the crowd in Las Vegas.
The varieties were rather limited and the selections were not impressive. In fact, Pechanga (an Indian casino in Southern California) has a much better and grander lunch buffet.
The food in general was good, although some were definitely better than others.
The beef (flank steak I believe) on Friday was mediocre at best but the prime rib for brunch on Saturday was awesome - tender, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly medium rare.
I like all the side dishes, especially the mashed potatoes - smooth, buttery and creamy - it was absolutely delish!
Some items were rather bad though. The chicken noodle soup tasted like it came from a can. The turkey breast was heavily processed meat and not from a fresh turkey. Both were overly salty.
Service was hit and miss. Our server on Friday was rather slow in getting our drinks and refills. On the other hand, our server on Saturday was prompt and efficient. I have to give props to the bussers though, as our dirty dishes on both days were always promptly removed.
