| - We purchased a Hot Springs Grandee hot tub from Tom at the Chandler store. Great experience, great tub. Delivered 10/10/2016. LOVE IT! Well worth $20,000.00 (pricey, I know, but this thing is FANTASTIC). Why 2 stars? Fast forward to 12/15/2016. Dead remote, won't charge, no way to change the temp without it. Called for service, they got back to me on the 19th to say they would be out on the 27th. WHAT!?! They don't keep a remote around for top of the line?????? The service rep (not the store) couldn't tell me how to change the temp without remote - she told me to read the manual! And then she said hit the reset, but could not tell me what that would do. I asked about expedited delivery, said she would have to check. I called the manufacturer and gave them a big shame on you. Ben was helpful and said he would contact the rep (again, not the store) about expediting. Folks, if I spend $10.00 on Amazon and there's a problem, my replacement is on its way PDQ. This is a great store, but the after care for this $20,000.00 purchase is just awful.
