It seems as though the office staff is not very good at returning calls and keeping to their word. In my opinion communication is everything.
One of the most annoying things about this community is if you receive a package from USPS and it's too large to fit into your mail box, you have to pick it up at the post office. I spoke with the post office management and they said it's Vintage Pointe's responsibility to repair the Parcel lockers so we can receive packages. I would have rather seen them being repaired over the community being painted. Or maybe they could have upgraded our outdated piloted gas stoves to ones with electric ignitions. Also, in the winter time when the heat in the house is running, we are unable to fill our bathtub with hot water due to the "aqua flow" heating system. I spoke to the office and they said there is nothing they can do. They could give me a discount on my rent since the apartment isn't functioning properly, just saying. One of the main reasons we moved here was for the Roman style bathtub because my wife counts on hot baths for her medical condition. Also when your switching seasons in winter or summer from hot to cold or cold to hot, they need to change something inside your apartment if you want the air conditioning or heat to actually work. To top it all off, now there is a new management company starting December 28th. Can't wait to see if we get some positive changes.
