  • The owner lady is very lovely. She's usually in the store in mornings. She's been very helpful with suggestions, and she's very good with my dog who is quite shy...that's telling of the owner's calm and wonderful demeanour. My dog normally does not like people. The young salespeople not so much, they seem to be in their late teens or early twenties.They just chat amongst themselves and watch you. Very awkward. They aren't very knowledgeable either. I am a big fan of this place because they have great grain-free selection of dog food and also natural dog treats. Close to home too.
