  • I would definitely agree with others in saying that this place is very underwhelming. For a place called "Fresh Mama" you feel like it would be vibrant inside or have peppy employees but it lacked both. My boyfriend and I had purchased their groupon and I'm glad I did, because I wouldn't be spending that much money there otherwise. I am a vegetarian, not vegan, and definitely enjoy some healthy food but my smoothie sucked. I'm just being blunt, here. I think I ordered the COCO CAT COW with banana, cacao, vanilla, coconut water & meat... I think. I honestly just remember the powdery taste of the shake and the bitterness. I figured that we had ordered one of the sweetest smoothies there but it really was gross. The waitress that was initially taking our order looked like she had no idea what was going on when we asked for a recommendation. That's when the second one stepped in and recommended the one we ended up getting. She had split the shake into two cups, one for my boyfriend and one for myself. Neither of us ended up finishing ours. I doubt I will be coming back, and if I do, I will avoid coming back when that first waitress is working. The first waitress really just didn't seem to know what she was talking about or doing...
