  • although responsive; watchout for the labor charges with parts; watchout for the annual club service fee. Determine the price of the part or parts and then the labor fee (separate). They tend to roll it all into one fee to confuse. My service man showed me the part on the way in but neglected to show me the old part on the way out. Talked to the girl in the office, misleading conversation regarding the price; she said she would get back to me after the holidays, we shall see. Researched the part on the internet and found the part ranging from $15-25 dollars; being charged $259 to replace the part in less than 1/2 hour and then charging for the annual service club fee $159; $418 on social security seems a little high to me; my Bryant system is 10 years old and every time i've had service, they keep promoting a new system or an added air purify system. My service day was 12/23/2015
