  • Okay I waited a few days before I started typing this to really give it thought and come at you as objectively as possible... First of all they have no egg rolls... Says it on the menu but they don't carry them ....however Here is my main problem with this place... It's owned by SushiMon which is an absolute terrible sushi restaurant in Henderson it's so so terrible in fact they had to make a new one name it this and make an entirely new website about it to get far away from the name of sushi that sushimon messes up on ... The major problem I have with them is they are extremely unorganized and do not show any kind of professionalism which is why I swore I would never eat there again... However Goyemon suckered me in and made me eat a SushiMon Product... which kind of made me mad as I was pretty darn disappointing with what was being presented and asked if they had any other restaurants in the area and that's when that bomb was dropped on me. As far as the pictures on their website goes I'm not sure if they hired a food artist but what those pictures portray versus what you get is night and day and I would have rather eaten the food during the night... in PITCH BLACK DARKNESS so I didn't have to look at it as it had absolutely no visual appeal but it tasted "okay" since I was starving and had just got finished watching drifting at the motor speedway OK back on track..(hah!)... The Tuna Poke was grey and the chicken teriyaki looked like the yolk of an egg after it was boiled...it looked rather sickly ... the rolls are over-sauced with a whole bunch of stuff that doesn't allow you to taste any of the fish quality, which ... is probably a good thing... I used a lot of wasabi while partaking in their fare just in case something was sitting out too long somewhere. The reason why I gave this place 2 stars is simply because their lychee sorbet was phenomenal and I loved it... It was the saving grace... Other then that I was sorely disappointed to find out that this was just another SushiMon wrapped in new clothing to try to hide the garbage that their flagship created...
