  • I've had the same problem as Jennifer R. Strimling's office continues to send me the same bill over and over again, despite me never incurring a bill of that amount at any time. The bill has been paid months ago, and I'm still being harassed with notices. Additionally, my sister and mother have had laser hair removal treatments there, and the aesthetician uses the lowest settings, which have yielded no results, even though both are considered very good candidates for laser hair removal. When attempting to get a refill of medications that I need to be on long term, the office insists on making a new appointment rather than checking with the doctor himself to get the okay for a renewal.
