  • I just renewed my lease for my third year here and it is still affordable for what the size of my unit and the complex's amenities. I moved from LA and did not even see the apartment before I moved in but I was satisfied. I take advantage of all the communities areas from the pools, business center, gyms, and club houses. It's very peaceful here and the property management host monthly functions with free food and during the holidays give aways. People are pretty friendly here and the staff and maintenance people are very accommodating. Some of the staff live in the complex, so they are invested in keeping the standards of living high for all the residents.
