Id always come to this location without a problem but The last visit I did on 4/20/16. I was shocked At the way I got treated by a service department Advisor, that wasn't even my car advisor about smelling like marijuana. He was making unnecessary comments about me (the customer). I wasn't causing any harm to anyone nor was I acting any type of way. I was still a customer and I should of been treated just like one, not any other way because of the scent I was carrying.
No one else in the service department had a problem with me. When I came back the same employee sat in the back with another desk lady and kept running his mouth about me to her. I was very disappointed. I felt so uncomfortable that he called me out like that In front of the whole service department staff. His name was JAMES HAYS the rudest guy working at Henderson Nissan he had no type of customer service. Even his peers had to tell him he was being immature. He sat two seats to the right from Danny P. Who was my car advisor which he did a good job on attending me and trying to make me feel more welcomed. I kept my cool and did not say a word to him but stare him down. It was 4/20 get over it.
