For at least the 3 time I had an Uber no show and then they charged me the cancellation fee - In cases the driver cancelled because they couldn't find the location.. in this day and age- are you kidding me. But the real frustration is the manner in which " Driver gets lost"= cancelation fee for customer and the refund is just a credit to my Uber account. The refund should go back to the card and what should happen is that if the driver is a no show Uber should provide a credit for the customer
