  • 5 stars for willows. Location is great... 1 block from Tropicana, only a 3-4 minutes from the strip. Price.... Very reasonable for what you get! Unit.... I have a 2br/2bedroom, 2nd floor unit and have never had an issue. Very nice hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and updated amenities. Overall these guys are great. Victoria and Chris are extremely nice and welcoming. Ray and Rick are always speedy fixing things and handle themselves professionally. The only quandary I'd have is the office is slow to answer their phones sometimes, if/when they do however they always take care of whatever question or need you may have. I will say the one or two reviews mentioning the people solicitation at your door is unfortunately somewhat right. My wife encountered them while I was at work. Next time it happened I just opened my door with a Glock .45 on my hip, and was last time they come knocking at place!! If you're thinking to rent in the area I'd highly consider these guys. Friendly, affordable, and great location. Thanks willows!
