rev:text	We stayed at the Mirage for our 30th anniversary (I updated the previous post and it changed the date, that post is from 2016). We have a lifted truck- which would not fit in the parking structure, there is a separate parking lot for oversized vehicles, however it is run by another company and there is a charge of $10 a day. Lucky for us Treasure Island has free parking and our truck fit just fine. It was not fun dragging our luggage the extra distance. Stephanie checked us in and she was nice, she upgraded our room for our anniversary which was nice. However, the heater didn't work and we ended up calling for two extra blankets after trying to sleep with what was on the bed. They came the next day to fix the heater, however it-never worked well. You had to turn it on before you went to dinner and let it run for two or more hours to warm up the room. On the third day the electrical outlet fuse in the bathroom kept popping off and the lights would not work, you had to reset it for the lights to work. We were supposed to get $50 rewards credit to use for dinning etc. we charged most things to our room to make sure we got the credit removed from our bill. When we went to check out the lady said it was removed, but she couldn't give us the paper showing it was removed. After arguing with her she finally gave us the paper, we still could not tell where the charge had been removed. We called when we got home and found out it had not been removed at the hotel despite what we were told. They removed it over the phone. Make sure to check your bill when you stay there.
