  • Car wash was nice it was the receptionist/cashier who drove me a little crazy she was nice but very scattered she was arguing with someone on the phone and she did go in the back to speak to whomever but she was barely at her desk and I spent a ton of time waiting on her to pay for my was let alone I was sitting there waiting after my car had been done for who knows how long before she came back to tell me it had been finished. They did a nice job but I was there for well over an hour and it felt like I was getting an oil change rather than a carwash. I don't know if I'll return. I do however like that they offer a 72 hour rainy day policy that if it rains they will wash again for free and I'm glad they had me take a look at my car to make sure I drove off to see if they had missed anything. All in all alright experience but not what I was hoping for based on prior reviews. Sorry Alamo!
