  • Just had some damage repaired here and extremely happy with the result and experience. This place was one of two estimates I obtained before doing the work. Lou Jr saw me same day as I called and gave me a very straight forward written estimate momentarily. I had a body shop mechanic help me interpret the estimate line by line and it was completely fair. I felt reassured that there was no "special" upcharge for the car being driven in by me (clearly uninitiated female). They were very flexible with working with my schedule despite me changing it couple of times and got it all done in the time estimated. I also really like the vibe of this place.... local gentlemen were hanging out here drinking coffee..... it gives me a feeling of familial integrity. The actual result of my experience with working with Lou Jr. cemented that regard. Highly recommend!
