  • Horrible. I delivered my computer to them the in between Christmas and New Years and was prepared for a wait given the holiday season. After them having my computer a month and continuous promised that diagnostics would be perform and were not. The final straw or lie was when they said they called my husband several times, his phone log showed not record of any calls. They did nothing! My husband went to retrieve computer and in the parking lot they called his cell phone. Playing games. They are horrible and liars.
