I live and work nearby and while I use to go 2-3 times a week, it has dropped off to maybe once a month. I've seen the restaurant go through 3 different ownership and the current guy (English/German maybe?) brought in new staff. The whole place has loss it's appeal of the Vietnamese Pho restaurant as it seems too Americanized now - less savory broth and overcompensating the decor (think buddha and chinese signs). I'm going to rate this based on being Vietnamese and having my share of this type of food growing up but it is a decent place to have lunch and dinner. Not the best you can find in Scottsdale and there are better mom/pop restaurants in Phx. With the new ownership, the prices have gone up a bit. One thing that isn't so great is the Boba -- it's more icy than flavorful and probably won't get it again. However, it's a quick stop for lunch or to go for dinner.
