rev:text	I wish I could give a no star rating! I am truly disappointed with my experience. When I came in I wanted a tooth to be looked at that was giving me a LOT of pain. The fist thing I did not like was the assistants were completely ignoring me and talking to each other about working out, and how a guy in his building asked him out,ect. all while trying to train the guy that was taking my xrays! Finally the Dentist came in he went through my mouth like in about 2 min hardly addressed my main concern. He did explain that I will need another root canal and crown and that it will take a few weeks because the guy that does the root canal wont be there for a few weeks. I had to ask the dentist what he expects me to do for the pain I actually had to ask him to please give me something because there was no way I could go for weeks in pain like this! Now to the best part! The older lady comes in, starts off extremely nice goes over my treatment plan that is literally 3 PAGES LONG WITH A TOTAL OUT OF POCKET OF OVER $9,000 AFTER TWO INSURANCES!!!! When I questioned the nice older lady she was not so nice any longer she became snappy with me and said " we do not make up these prices they are contracted". Well let me just tell you little old lady and Providence Dental STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!! I went to Wagner Dental that is a family business for many years a friend referred me after hearing my story. I ended up paying $100 for the root-canal that I needed and $30 for the crown. All the proposed future dental work $0 ZERO DOLLARS my insurance covers all of it. Both of these providers are on my list so there is no difference on payouts so please be warned. I truly think they are writing their own reviews here. I feel so bad for those who do not realize that you can go get a second opinion!
