  • worst service ever!! got in took awhile to get water and hot chocolate then she took our order and no one ever checked on us again. after 25 minutes the sfaff started leaving (close to closing) our waitress left and I went up to ask what happened to our food. the person then asked "are you sure your order was put in?" I said I am not the waitress but she walked to the kitchen after taking our order... she went to check and the manager came over and asked what the problem was. told him and he said "we will look into it" meanwhile they started vacumming next to our table and it was over 30 minutes and no customers where left. she came back and said sorry they would start working on it and starting walking away. I stopped her and said "thats all?" she never told us how long it would take, what happened, no one offered to comp anything and no one stopped the girl vacuming and cleaning. we got up and left. never again. DOESNT DESERVE ANY STARS!! HOW DO YOU LEAVE CUSTOMERS SITTING FOR A TOTAL OF 45 MINUTES WHEN DONE WITHOUT CHECKING ON THEM AND WHERE IS THERE FOOD AND HOW DOES THE WAITRESS LEAVE WITHOUT TELLING SOMEONE ELSE WE ARE WAITING FOR FOOD!! THE MANAGER DID NOT SEEM TO CARE AND WALKED AWAY WHEN THE OTHER WAITRESS CAME BACK WITH THE INFO. CRAP!!!
