| - You know this company is really lucky to have a contract with the insurance company. The first day I used them, I had two flat tires, I called my insurance roadside assistance & they referred 777 towing. Thankfully, I didn't have to pay for the towing. So anyway, a guy comes to get us, I really wish I can remember his name because he was wonderful and pleasant. He had light colored eyes & a face full of hair. They came in less than an hour which was great, so I rated them all fours. He mentioned that I could use them again to get my car towed to the tire shop, so I did. The first time I spoke with someone, she sounded like a young girl, she was nice and asked what time would I make it back to my car. I told her that I wouldn't make it there until 5:15, so she said "Okay, so the order will be placed anywhere from 5:30 to 6:00" I said, "Perfect!" I know I could definitely make that time.
5:08 rolls around and I get a call from the tow guy himself stating he was at my car. I told him I'm not there and how the girl told me that you guys wouldn't be there until 5:30 to 6:00. He's like, "well, what do you want me to do? I'll wait. I'll wait." Uhh, duh you're going to have to wait because that's not the time I was given anyway and she knew I couldn't make 5:00 already.
5:15 rolls around and I'm speeding in my car trying to get there with my children & I get a second call from a very RUDE lady accusing me of making him wait for 30 minutes. I was on edge when she said that! I said, hold up, I told you guys the times I could and couldn't make it & you guys have me a order of 5:30 to 6! It is not my fault that he's there early! Don't ever call me and tell me that I am making your people wait forever! She got extremely rude and said, "First off, I am not the one you spoke with! Well then, maybe you need to go talk to the girl who placed my order in!? Instead of calling me questioning my whereabouts and accusing someone of waiting, you moron! I told her where I was and she said, "GOOD!" And hung up. I called right back to figure out her name and nobody wanted to tell me her name they just passed the phone to her and I asked for her name and she's just like, "DO YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO MY MANAGER?!" Of course, I do if you aren't going to give me your name. So, the supervisor gets on the phone and starts saying "I apologize" and says that the tow guy was there early because he finished his last job early. Okay? Where does that say in the order that they get there early when they are done towing other people's cars after you've given me a set time that YOU will be there? When you give me a set time and you're there early, don't ever tell me I'm the one who's making you wait. I believe that girls name was Trevina, but they could be lying because at first, I got Laura. I don't know, but she sounds like a miserable butch who doesn't like her job at all.
I wouldn't ever use this company on my own nor recommend it to anyone else, but I do feel bad for the actual towing guys. They are nice and if the dispatch wasn't so incompetent, I'm pretty sure the tow driver jobs would be a hell of a lot easier.
