OK so I'm a home owner and far from a very handy person but I just needed to go to Home Depot to purchase some sliding window locks. Checked online and it mentioned that another Home Depot (which is closer to me- the one in N Scottsdale by the Airpark) had 8 available in stock. Went there and searched high and low and found the section the locks were in and exactly 1 (that was previously opened and taped shut, and placed back on the sales floor) was in stock. Long story short, not one sales associate was around to get help from- there was no one to ask nearby. I pretty much decided to leave without purchasing anything and head to this Home Depot near Scottsdale Ranch.
Let me tell you it was like night and day walking in there. The store was cleaner and brighter in appearance. I was immediately greeted at the door, and asked by several associates if I needed assistance all before I even got to the aisle I needed to get my items. In the grand scheme of things, the friendly and helpful sales associates were what stood out and what I noticed right away.
