This review is specifically about the assistant manager, Sean.
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience here. I was trying to get some clarification on Best Buy's price match policy--which, mind you, is a bit fuzzy--and was berated by this employee. He was condescending, unhelpful and rude. He told me that because my opinion is different than his (or rather, that my 'interpretation' is different) I am wrong. I was reading to him from the Best Buy website and he was not only dismissive but very disrespectful. He came into the conversation with a negative and aggressive disposition. It's quite apparent how little he values good customer service. I have never been treated so poorly by an assistant manager before. Truly shocking. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this Best Buy location, nor will I bring business to any Best Buy retailers in the future. Furthermore, the product I am looking for is significantly cheaper on Amazon.
