  • The one star is for the fact that the poorly trained staff are trying their best. I asked for a milkshake, not once but twice. What did I get? I got 2 cups of ice cream. Seriously? No one here knows the difference between a cup of ice cream and a milkshake? Apparently not because the female manager said that the cup of ice cream is a shake! I hope corporate sees this. I've been to two of your restaurants (McDowell and 3rd Street) and (7th street and Buckeye) both have sucked.
