I am sorry, but I feel that this airline really don't care about customers. My wife and I flew from las vegas, to L.A. then to Cabo Mexico. I last flew American Airlines over 10 years ago but decided to give them another shot. Hopefully, this will be our family's last time flying on this airline. Here are the issues that I have:
1. The screen for the window was cracked and my wife could not close it during our flight to Cabo from L.A.
2. They charge for Wifi
3. They charge $25 per luggage even to international destination. $50
4. Unfriendly flight attendants
5. They don't offer spirit or 7up. Only sierra mist.
6. Of course, no food is offered.
7. On the way back, the kiosk did not register for American Airline. It was US Airway. Of course its not stated anywhere in the itinerary or anything. I am supposed to know. After struggling for 20 minutes, somebody finally helped.
Why are people still flying on this airline? Interesting.
