I pointed it out and she dabbed at his temple with a towel ready to send him off again. It was like she was trying to set a record for fastest haircut, or there was a long line (we were the only ones there), or we were keeping her past closing. I asked for the towel and cleaned him up myself. Then she overcharged us at checkout. Honest mistakes I suppose, easily overlooked had she done a decent job on the cut. Worst cut ever: missed patches, horrible blending, and "a little off the top" doesn't mean "just leave an inch and whack the rest." I had to bust out the clippers at home to further clean up her mess. Life lesson for my son: It's hair, it'll grow back. But we won't be back. I guess I should've known better than to trust an OJT teenager.
