Eaten at CUT many times and I've literally never had anything that wasn't excellent and expertly prepared. The Louie salad, the porterhouse for two are my favorites. But the bartender is excellent, the wait staff very well trained, the ambiance upscale, and the food amazing. It's a pricey dinner but well worth the expense.
My favorite go to drink at Cut is the Old Fashion. Possibly the best I've ever tasted. It comes out of oak barrel and it's incredibly smooth and silky. It's easy to down 2 or 3 of these with glee (until you see the check, so take it easy).
The Wagyu steak is pricey but it's honestly worth every penny. An incredible steak, well seasoned medium rare with a nice char on the outside and incredible tenderness and juiciness on the inside. It's a necessary indulgence. I usually prefer to have the Tuscan Black Kale as a side. If i'm not eating so light, literally any other side will be tasty. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu (including things that are not on the menu anymore).
With dinner sometimes they'll bring some crackers and also bread. Usually the bread options are unique and delicious but they're so generous with the amount of bread options they serve, that I usually just take the onion marmalade bread and skip the rest. Not because they arent all good but because I want to save room for the meal.
They always have a seasonable Baked Alaska. Do yourself a favor and try it for dessert. It's unlike anything you've tasted and is very satisfying way to finish the meal. At the end, they usually provide a complimentary dessert sample of 4 house made one-bite desserts. Very unique and tasty as well.
This is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Never lets me down.
