| - I was there 2 times in 2 days. The first day was a deep tissue massage and a lymphatic drainage massage. Jessica was my masseuse and she was amazing. I have had 4 bac surgeries and have continual pain, taking numerous pain medications including a fentanyl patch at 100mg every 48 hours. Today I woke up without any pain in my back. The lymphatic massage takes the inflamed areas of your body and slowly pushes them out to other areas that will break them down. I loved this session and look forward to finding another salon that does this. Why go find someone else, well my 2nd visit the services were good. However, I asked for a chin wax and they put a full facial wax which was way more costly. But that was not the reason for this bad review. When I went to check out they took name and used my gift card on another customers bill, instead of fixing my situation first, as I was there first, they preceded to take care of her. Then when I questioned the charges, the front counter girl said very rudely "well did you receive these services", yes but I only wanted this. "It doesn't matter what you asked for if you received the services you have to pay for them." I was appalled at the conversation and her rude manner. This is exactly why I had not been back to Dolce for 2 years. She embarrassed me in front of about 15 waiting customers, she demeaned with her tone, and I am severely disabled which when I asked to sit down, "go sit but you still have to pay for services". I have never been treated so horribly by an upscale store where I had spent over $300 in 2 days. Needless to say I was embarrassed and ready to fall as my legs were shaking from standing so long, I left without tipping the girls who deserved the tip because of this young woman's behavior. Won't go back without severe apology and some sort of reimbursement. Do not go here if you expect kind service from the front desk staff.
