| - Wow if only I could rate beck taxi no stars, I would. My company gave me a coupon (chit?) to take a beck taxi home, so I called one and they said it'll arrive in 5-10mins. But within 2 mins I got a call, so I went out asap as it was too loud to answer the call. There was a beck taxi waiting right there, and he asked if I called and I said yes, and I asked if it was for Viviann and he said yes. So I got in, but I got a call from the same number - and apparently the taxi I got into was not the one that was meant for me even though it was from Beck. So the driver on the phone proceeds to RAGE AT ME and well, it wasn't my fault. But he KEPT TRYING TO CALL ME TO RAGE AT ME, and my driver told him to take it up with head office and that I was fair game. Maybe the other driver would have been better, because mine was too cheap to turn on ac and left the windows down for the whole 40min on the highway. He also somehow took 40mins to arrive at my destination and racked up $80 on the fare, even though I've taken a uber before which cost me $33 and a very friendly driver. He also ends the unpleasant car ride by complaining how little I tipped in and I should give him more since my company is paying. Did I also mention that he TALKED ON THE PHONE NOT HANDS FREE ON THE RIDE? And then goes to complain that uber is bad because they don't give you insurance and his friends got in trouble - well maybe they're like him who doesn't give a shit about customer safety. I encourage future companies to NOT COOPERATE WITH BECK TAXIS as it is UNSAFE, OVERPRICED AND IT IS RIDICULOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER TO BE YELLED AT BY THEIR DRIVERS BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN INTERNAL COMPETITION TO GET CUSTOMERS.
