I would personally like to thank Laurie. She was fantastic! We have been trying to solve a phone problem (calling 911 with the SOS touchscreen button) for three weeks. Spoke with the AT&T store at Arrowhead and was told we were out of luck and to call AT&T direct. Called them, they called the manufacture and was told to buy a case for the phone. (Pantech people don't even know the phone they develop!) so the AT&T guy advised to us an upgrade on another line and toss the phone.
Now we get to the store meet with the greeter who we show the problem. He shows us a couple phones after looking at ours. We hang out for the next rep that turns out to be Laurie.
So check this out. She grabs a phone out of the box due to the demo on the wall not working. Then it happens. This wonderful lady lets us know to take the lock code off the phone we have and guess what?! Problem solved!!!!
So lets recap.... AT&T store at the mall, AT&T corp., manufacture, and a greeter....
I run a million dollar a month store and I would hire Laurie to cover all these people and pay her triple! Common sense, logic, product knowledge, and customer service!
Gets no better than what Laurie is!
