| - My family decided to try your restaurant for the first time tonight and it will most definately be the last time. Our party was 7 and a high chair and a sling, we were quoted a wait time of 25 minutes, but didn't get sat for an hour. There were some parties before us, but nontheless, it shouldn't have taken that long. Our server, louis, took good care of us, bring us waters before we started ordering. We put our order in and waited. And waited. Louis brought some more bread and told us that the kitchen was a little backed up. We finally got our food about 30 minutes later. My wife ordered the 6 ounce sirloin with broccoli, I had the full rack of baby back ribs with black beans and mac and cheese. I started with the macaroni, which was lukewarm, along with the beans. My wife hands me a piece of broccoli on her fork with something attached to it, a maggot. Louis comes over along to see how everything was and I showed him what was on the fork, a manager walking by took the fork, screamed "Oh my God!" and left. A couple minutes later a kitchen manager comes out to talk to us and to apologize. He said that he was going to take care of the meal, and asked how my meal was. I told him that Im not eating anything else from my meal, and he was going to take care of our whole parties food. The front of house manager that ran off screaming never came back by to apologize or to check up on us. She was even at the greeter stand when we were leaving and didn't say a word. I know that my family and I will never be back because of one, there's bug and maggots served in the vegetables and two, the management doesn't know how to take care of guests. We didn't feel just because the meal was comped, it was taken care of, but we left hungry and unsatisfied.
