I order the same drink I've ordered for over 15 years - a Caramel Frappachino with options; i.e. extra ice, syrup, double blended, etc. Rarely is it made the same way at all the locations I visit. This location, however is the exception. They made the absolute WORST frappachino I've ever had. It was watery with ice chunks and devoid of flavor. I order online so the order is always the same. One of the ingredients was left out. My instructions are printed on the cup but apparently the barista didn't read it. I used to order my frappachino without all the special instructions but even then they were inconsistent so I thought if I started ordering with specific requests, I would get the same drink at other locations...NOT! Can't someone, a manager, discuss this problem with corporate management so that my drink could be consistent at all locations.
