We received our doors on time and they were beautiful, but our story does not end there. They forgot to install our wind catcher and our deadbolts faceplates looked like a 2-year old installed them. I guess I should have paid more than 10k for a quality uplift. Attention to detail is not their strong suit. With all of that said, we had to go through the service department to get these items fixed which was understandable. It took several days to get a call back and once they scheduled the work it was 3 plus weeks out. I am in the sales, service business and if my techs do an install and there is an issue, we are out there the next day correcting it. It is obvious this company does not have the same philosophy. I guess that is what you get when you prepay, it leaves you no recourse. We finally got our issues fix so my hope is we don't have finish issues like a lot of yelpers have posted. Beware of this company. You might get lucky .
