  • Went there today, spoke with Taylor. When I first drove up it was like a ghost town and after spending just a few minutes there I know why. I came in to test drive the Jetta and the passat. Taylor refused... Said their "process from management" was that you could not test drive without running your credit. I asked if he was serious he said yes. I left. On my way out the other sales person pleaded with me to stay and said that was not their process. What a joke! I can't imagine what their service is like after you buy a car. If this is your closest dealership drive the extra miles and go somewhere else. I would never recommend them.
