I'm not a morning person. I repeat, I am not a morning person. However, the best time for me to get a workout in, is in the morning. After a good two years of telling myself- "tomorrow is the day" & still hitting the snooze button at 5:30- I'm FINALLY making it thanks to Studio North Yoga & Dance! Myself and a friend signed up for their $25 two week unlimited and mixed it up with the morning total body and yoga classes and were hooked. The instructors are great, the people are so warm and welcoming, the classes are small (can't speak to the ones am 6am), and the workouts are challenging. Never before have I been excited to get up and get my but kicked like I am now. We're both enrolling in the monthly membership this week!
