  • I am beyond annoyed with this company. I called to make an appointment and was surprised that I was able to get one for the very next day for 11am. The employee Gary never showed so I thought. I went out to my car at 2:00 to pick up my son and there was a note on a flyer saying that he knocked and there was no answer. I never left my house and was sitting on the sofa right next to the door. So I know he never knocked. I called to reschedule and got an appointment for the following day for 4:00. Gary called me at 4:45 to say he was on his way from across town but had another appointment and said he would stop by after he finished with that customer. I asked to reschedule yet again because I had plans for the evening. I made an appointment with Gary for the following day for 3:00-3:30 and once again he was a No show and didn't even bother to call with an explanation. I have yet to receive a call to reschedule. I will be using another company for my window coverings.
