  • I just left there I know it's 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday....I don't expect everyone to be cheerful ...,the young lady at the front desk introduce me to the pedicurist...she didn't say hi she just turned around like I'm supposed to follow her and I did and she asked me, what kind a pedicure ? I wanted, I said I didn't get a menu so I guess I'll just have the regular...so she proceeded until she cut my toe she was clipping the nail and cut my toe instead...it was an accident and it's not bleeding but it's cut and it still hurts...if she replies I"I didn't do anything...". I was so shocked, she didn't apologize or take responsibility that I got up and left..when I got to the car exam in my foot and I saw the cut so went back in to show the manager but there was no manager....I nobody really seemed to care....The girl at the front desk the teenager looked at it..quickly, I said I just want to show someone so you don't think I was overreacting. The whole situation was Handled very badly ....I'm in the customer service industry and I would never ever ever treat a client like that
