 | 	- I've been with Cox internet for 4 years. They were ok. We've purchased a new home so I decided to switch to Century Link. The order in place for tech to arrive between 8 to 5, I stayed home from work to wait, come about 4 pm, still no tech so I decided to call for status, I got a rep that spoke broken English, couldn't understand her and I made her repeat everything, I've never in my life yell and swore at a rep, but this beats all! I was speaking to a rep in the Philippines and heard the dog barking and the baby crying. She gave me the scheduling dept number and it was in the US. Phew. That dept told me a tech was at my house, no one was home and left a sorry missed you tag. Again, I explain wife and I was home, and the scheduling mgr informed me the tech might have gone to a wrong address. If a tech can't find an address, I sure in the Heck don't want no idiot messing with my house.  No apologies from Century link, cancelled my order and went back to Cox with my tail between my legs.
