  • I cannot believe this place is an actual business. If you want a cheap place to live, this is it. If something breaks, it might get fixed around the complex in a couple of months. Inside my apartment, walls were spot painted and the eviction notice was still on my front door from the last tenant. When we moved in, we made a maintenance list a mile long, and then it took them 10 days to get back to me on it. I am utterly disgusted and will NOT be renewing my lease. Oh yeah, and the management staff is rude and bitchy. I lived in a Camden before and will be returning to one shortly.
