  • My first visit here I was extremely excited because it was so close to home. I ordered a mango slush with less sugar and a passion fruit slush with less sugar. Both of these drinks were extremely sweet. I was very disappointed! The cashier seemed pretty lost and nervous with a manager breathing down her neck so I figure I give this place another shot. The next time I went we ordered two drink with less sugar and boba and they both were super sweet and one didn't even have boba in it. I figured they are fairly new and I'm not one to complain we just take our drinks and go. A few days later I returned around 8 pm excited and hoping they would make my drink to perfection just look they do at the China Town location. This time we walked in and a live band was playing music right by the cashier extremely loud making it very difficult to get my order to the cashier. I basically had to scream my order to her and this cashier also seemed very nervous. The music was very off putting. I shouted my order to her, this time we ordered a piña colada slush and a pineapple with little sugar since it was overly sweet last time. We also asked for boba and paid for boba on both drinks and guess what? We didn't have boba in either of the drinks. We waited for our order uncomfortable with music blasting in our ears unable to hear when our order was ready. We basically ran out of the place and when we tried our drinks we were once again disappointed. Drinks were extremely sweet! It's like they don't even look at the orders and make them how they want. I gave this place a shot but I'm so sadden to say I will not be returning. Three visits and on none of those visits were my orders ever made correctly which is so disappointing. I was really looking forward to stopping by here as often as possible. I guess I'll just have to make the drive to the other location because I feel like they strive to perfect their orders and maintain good customer satisfaction.
