  • First evaluation was easy. Appt. was for 0800 and I was all done by 0915. They got me in for surgery the next day (they only do surgery on Thursdays). Surgery went smooth. The doc and staff were very informative through the whole process. Kinda sucked that the receptionist told my ride she could leave so she did, and I was all done 20 mins later and had to wait on her to come all the way back. But I'm glad I isn't hafto wait around like some of the negative reviews complained about. That's the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Vision is a little blurry now (that's normal). Can't wait to get home and rest up to see what my vision will be after a nap. Don't forget to use Groupon! Saves about $1700. My total was $3800 which is $1200 cheaper than most in Phoenix. I chose to get the collagen plugs ($400) and the lifetime LASIK plan ($1000). This means if I need adjustments later it is no cost to me when it normally would cost the same as having the procedure done again. I will post an update once my vision clears up! Update: Just over a week from surgery and my vision is perfect! Sometime I have a little blurring but that usually means I need to use my artificial tears drops. Love my results!
