  • Came in looking for a dishwasher. I was blown away by the quality of customer service. These guys are absolutely well informed on every product they sell. I've never seen anything like this. They recommended a dishwasher in my budget and were very honest about some of the more expensive brands that are as good as a cheaper brand. One of the guys there was an absolute dishwasher nerd. He knew about the history of one of the factories in Turkey. So not only did I get a lesson on how dishwashers worked, I also got a history lesson. They delivered the dishwasher the same day I paid for it and it's been fantastic ever since we got it. Cleans much better than our old one. I will definitely bringing all of my large appliance business to them. To all other business owners, do yourselves a favor and visit these guys, you could learn alot on what customer service should look like.
