Classes and memberships are very expensive for what this gym offers. You can get better quality classes at other gyms in Toronto for same or less, including women's only gyms.
The facilities are nicely designed BUT the change room facilities are very small and tight. The sinks are located inside the bathroom stalls, which is pretty stupid as in between classes there are line ups to just wash your hands or face.
Their showers are very tiny capsules, you will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
There are no benches or seating in the crammed change room.
One of the owners Krista Knee is really rude. You will be treated as a number and not as a valued customer. She is always right and not the customer! I wonder sometimes if the owners use the gym and take classes themselves to figure out how to improve and fix broken things.
I wouldn't go here for pole dancing classes but they seem to not really focus on pole dancing classes as you can get better quality classes elsewhere in Toronto.
This is also a fitness studio. I'm not sure why they have decided to turn the lobby into a commercial area with clothes to buy from pop up designers.
Classes can be fun and intense and the instructors are really nice. If you can ignore the facilities and the price you pay then go for it.
Also towel service is included but do not be surprised if there are not enough towels which can be frustrating (unlike other gyms with towel service included, I've never experienced a shortage on towels).
