  • UPDATE: I have learned that Fairview Tavern has had 12 CRITICAL health code violations since MAY of this year! There were numerous non-critical violations as well. I won't be returning. I won't risk getting sick. This is unacceptable and I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet.
