  • It's Swedish. That's why it's called Beaver Choice, that's why it's got a friendly Beaver painted on the window, and that's why you have board games to play "while you wait for your food". The people running the restaurant couldn't be nicer nor more helpful in explaining the menu - they really love being there and it shines through everywhere. Their schnitzel is legitimate and delicious. Order off the (more) Swedish menu and take their advice.
