  • Terrible Apartment Complex, DONT DARE LEASE HERE. Management are the worse you better hope you get on their good side, because if you don't they'll pull anything to kick you out. They are not culturally sensitive and become very belligerent when discussing issues on the phone. I had an occasion where the manager was yelling at me on the phone and directly telling me she doesn't care what I say. You have no respect here, you are nothing but a rentee with money. If you have a friend with a service animal please do not bring them here, they rudely need proof of a person's health problem and the certification of the service animal in order to not risk being evicted for having "pets" in the apartment. Also, for anyone that uses medical cannabis to treat illness, stay away, they consider it a illegal drug and will call the cops without a warning. They will come to your apartment whenever they please and the handymen love to tell the office all about your apartment too! The walls are thin, the neighbors are loud, not to mention the whole ecosystem of birds that they have right above parking, and if you car gets disgustingly pooped on by birds, they will not offer a car wash or apologize. They tow cars merciless, only offer parking passes which they keep count on. All in all, the apartment complex keeps a very good visual and control over their residents, if you liked living a dorm, welcome back to one just 2x as expensive. The only thing good about this place is the location.
